Fees are due the first day of classes each quarter. The fees include amenities provided in the residence halls:

Combination microwave and refrigerator in every room

Washers and dryers in every building or complex

A staff of resident advisers to assist students

Air conditioning (in buildings where this is standard)

Cable TV in every room

High speed internet access (known as ResNet)
Every effort is made to hold rate increases as low as possible to make living on-campus an affordable option for all students.
2009-10 Fees and Requirements
Housing Fee Due Dates
- Autumn quarter: September 23, 2009
- Winter quarter: January 4, 2010
- Spring quarter: March 29, 2010
NOTE:
- Students assigned to an academic-year residence hall pay an additional $100 per year, which is not included in these rates.
- A $13 activity fee will be assessed in addition to the quarterly rates listed.
- Additional deposits may be made to the BuckID account at anytime.
- All Students pay a $500 facility fee that is included in student dining plans or billed separately on the student's university account.
*A Program/Facility Fee of $500 is added to each package this fee provides for upkeep of facilities available to all students for a variety of uses and programs.
The Traditional Plan provides another affordable option to all the students living in the residence halls. It offers 19 meals per week in one of the two traditional dining commons - Kennedy and North - at any Fresh Express location, or at Burritos Noches. Students are provided one meal per dining period. While this plan does not include a deposit into your BuckID, you may make a deposit into your account at any time.
